We are going to make sure this is a fair process because it’s not going to be a fair process within the Democratic Party. The state Democratic Party has given liberal Justice Jill Karofsky's campaign more than $1.3 million. In Wisconsin, there is no requirement that justices step down from hearing cases involving campaign donors.
